The behind-the-scenes is all abuzz this weekend as we prepare for the season opening of Forty 1° North on Friday, May 22.

What will it be for your first dinner at The Grill this year? Double Cut Colorado Lamb Rack,
24 oz Dry Aged Cowboy Ribeye, or Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes? Your favorite A-5 Japanese Kobe is back, joined now by another menu standout, a 4 lb. Maine Lobster Thermidor studded with creamy jumbo crab meat and lobster and hollandaise sauce. Trio of Lobster Rolls and Prince Edward Island Mussels will catch your eye on the appetizer list, and Foie Gras Whipped Potato and Sweet Potato Fries for sides. Something sweet: how about Ricotta Cheese Cake with Lemoncello & Thyme Macerated Raspberries? That’s just a taste of what’s on the menu. Have you made your reservations yet?
