Patrick Feury, executive chef and partner of Nectar Restaurant in Berwyn, PA, produces intriguing Asian-fusion cuisine. Chef Feury has had stints in renowned kitchens including Le Cirque, the Waldorf Astoria, and the Michelin-rated Les Olivades in Paris. Chef Feury was named one of the country's top culinary talents by Best Chefs America, awarded the four bells by Philadelphia Inquirer and featured in Esquire Magazine, Wine Spectator, Philadelphia Daily News and Philadelphia Magazine.
The evening kicks off with a trio of craft cocktails featuring Caledonia Spirits, passed canapes and Jasper Hill Farm, Vermont cheeses followed by a lively dinner with wine pairings and chef interaction.
