Menu Additions: Pretty Peachy

In time for the holiday weekend, Forty 1° North is introducing a few new menu items to help sweeten the celebration.

Starting with dessert (why not!), GM Nicolas Daeppen is calling Chef Evans’ new Peach Crisp, “simply amazing.” Served warm, of course, with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

The Smoked Veal T-Bone and Buffalo Tomahawk Rib Eye have also arrived, weighing in at 22 and 24 ounces (before grilling), respectively, and are certain to become entree favorites. Something from the sea? Savor these dishes: North Atlantic Jumbo Pink Shrimp or a 2 lb. Lobster. And for a new appetizer, Diver Scallops with Crispy Bacon served with Creamy Silver Queen Corn. Don’t you love summer?


July 2 – It’s a Lunch Date!

Beginning Thursday, July 2, lunch is on the menu every day of the week. So, those lunch plates you have come to love on long weekends lounging on the dock (think Lobster & Black Truffle Mac & Cheese) are now available daily. To kick off the every-day lunch service, we have also added a new item – North Atlantic Jumbo Pink Shrimp Cobb Salad served with Slab Bacon, Poached Quail Egg, Heirloom Tomato, Avocado, and Silver Queen Corn with Creamy Oregano Dressing.

Also, beginning July 2, in addition to lunch, the Bar Menu will be available all day, every day.
