On the Menu: Lobster Thermidor

Lobster Thermidor is studded with creamy jumbo crab meat and lobster, and topped with Hollandaise Sauce. One entrée serves four guests. Try it with the grilled jumbo asparagus as a side, and Executive Chef Phil Evans’ recommended wine pairing: Aragosta, Santa Maria la Palma from Sardinia.
