The start of Forty 1° North's season is just about two weeks away and our staff is preparing for a welcoming opening weekend. Our first night will be dinner at The Grill on Friday, May 22. The Grill will also be open throughout the Memorial Day Weekend for lunch and dinner, Saturday-Monday, May 23-25. We hope you have plans to join us.

If you have not yet signed up for the Seasonal Access Program, we encourage you to do so before our opening day. Guests who register up to Thursday, May 21 will still receive the $350 credit toward their 2009 food and beverage purchases. Looking ahead, this season in particular holds the promise of many exciting things to come, from enhanced services to new inspirational spaces – namely our new hotel.

A new Grill menu, a seasonal array of signature and classic cocktails and contemporary wine lists, and even a young adult menu will be launched. Lunch hours will be 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 5:00 to 10:30 p.m., and a bar menu will be always available. Through June 22, we will be open every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday for dinner, and for lunch on Saturday and Sunday. After June 22, The Grill will be open daily for lunch and dinner.

For Memorial Day Weekend, our favorite DJ will be here on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, as well as a Jazz trio on Sunday and Monday afternoon.
