Happy St. Patrick’s Day! The holiday has all of us at Forty 1° North thinking green, from celebrations of Irish heritage to our new green hotel, now under construction.
To get you in the spirit, our culinary team has discovered a new twist on a traditional Irish lobster dish, made with Jameson’s Whiskey. It’s a classic taste of Ireland with New England influences. Delicious! Click here for the recipe.
Pair it with a pint of Guinness, or a light Irish Red Ale. Or keep the whiskey flowing with a Boilermaker: a chilled glass of beer with a shot of Jameson added.
